BUY: There is current value and can be purchased right away even on minor price swings.
Accumulate: Has 'promising' value that can be enhanced if bought on price-dips or with a 'longer' outlook

FEB Enterprises have the potential of buying Barclays having been locked out of starting their own bank by CBK's Opus Dei. This is a great opportunity.
Big question: do they have enough reserves to finance the buyout or hostile takeover ?
