KQ needs KLM more than the reverse

Capacity constraints.. Meanwhile TICAD is food for KQs soul.. Also bank rate cap is music to KQ ears.. This has been a good week for the pride of Africa

The reviews are terrible. KQ's customer service is bad. There is no coordination between HQ and Outstations when there are delays.It seems the managers at the Outstations are sleeping on the job. It will be an uphill task for KQ to win more customers going forward.
