Massive borrowing! How? I am not convinced . By January we shall be @the second phase of fiscal year. Justify your claim. John 5:17 But Jesus replied, “My Father is always working, and so am I.”

Ericsson wrote:@CdeMonomotapa Hiyo ni hot air;the biggest culprit for rising interest rates is GOK. January there will be massive borrowing so expect interest rates to go up Let's see what & how much fiscal consolidation the CS will present in the supplementary budget. Probably cosmetic. I support capex spending and it might require borrowing, the problem is recurrent expenditure. What the country requires is cutting over-governance and the structural inflation of the Constitution. http://www.the-star.co.ke/news/2015/12/15/shut-down-failed-parastatals-now_c1260957The Mohamed-Awuondo task force reported that the parastatal sector employs 111,690 workers on an annual wage bill of Sh131 billion, with the National Treasury paying 46 per cent of this. Ninety-six of these parastatals employed 55,600 on a wage bill of Sh60 billion, but only generated an output of Sh22 billion annually. There are only two emotions in the stock market, fear and hope. The problem is, you hope when you should fear and fear when you should hope
