@hisah. I see your rationale, Your words always sound too extreme, but time proves you right. Its those hard facts that emotions make hard to accept, but they beat the market. I've been holding out on kk, though for a long term play. Its resilience of late is very interesting. cheers

United Nations Millennium Campaign Regional Director for Africa Charles Abugre “The banking sector depends on hot money to lend to the real estate sector which can borrow more from the over-valuation of properties. So you have these increased earnings of the value of real estate which serves as collateral for more borrowing. At some point, this has to come to an end,” he described the situation which is similar to what precipitated the financial crisis in the United States.

Good results . why just look at the way it has been stable at 14 bob . it really amazes me as a technical analysis ...when equity and kcb were going down it just held at 14 bob for more than 4 months ...
I really feel there's some thing good in those results.1st half they didnt disappoint i know they wount this time ..
and w/ kcb and equity doing good whynt they..
Co-op is on my buy list coz its really shown bullish straits through this bear market

many people expect the nse to just shot up one day and we call it a bottom . heck NO. thats why the bottom will catch so many people unaware...
