The press especially in Britain is full of the Wayne Rooney story. Are they talking about the prostitute scandal? Nope!!! They are talking about the possible exit from Man U. What if this whole story is orchestrated to kill the prostitute story? SAF has been known to play mind games with fellow managers to achieve an upper hand. Is it beyond him to organize what is going on to give one of his star players a break from the the prostitute story?

This is a big if/maybe but it is possible. Then again, I might just be over thinking.

Have heard of conspiracy theories but this sure takes the biscuit. Pray Pray Pray

You are right! As I said, maybe I was over thinking. This is surely not a joke or some media circus. The lad is on his way out. Hopefully Man - U can get good moola from his sale. I say sell him to the highest bidder [other than Money Shitty!]. You can never allow an individual to be bigger than the team. No matter who he is. On a lighter note, what will Man - U do without all the goals he's scored since March this year? All one of them!!! Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly Laughing out loudly . And it was not even in open play. ABK. This is a team with a rich history. It is not about one juvenile delinquent!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Man U fans have composed anti-Rooney songs [In record time]. Some are very vulgar - about him and the prostitute. They were sang during yesterdays match loud and clear for everyone to hear! Good thing the dude was nowhere near the stadium. He makes Ronaldo look like a saint - the way he handled his departure. And here we were thinking Ronaldo was behaving like a spoilt brat!

Rooney made his decision to leave before the start of the season so i think that has a lot to do with his poor performance so far.

@Taz,
Rooney is just too willing to bring discontent at Ol' Trafford.Why can't he leave in peace...I mean,what was the point of making a statement two hours before the game against Bursaspor?Wherever he goes, Man U fans will never forgive him.I wish he was wiser.

On a different note, for Rooney to say Man-u lacks ambition, is a slap in the face of SAF and all Man-u players and fans.

I agree with @Taz, the lad wanted to leave much earlier...the prostitute scandal and 'fake' ankle injury were just the tipping points.

Destination? To a club with 'ambition'. So far, Real, Barca, Mancity and chelsea have been mentioned. I still think he doesn't fit Barca's system of play. Chelsea already have Drog. They dont need Rooney. They won last season without him. And Ancelotti views this saga as an internal Man-u matter for SAF to solve and has refused to speak about it. The front-runners should be Real and Mancity.
