Ohhhh Yesss whatever is done in the dark will come to light

Hakunaaaaaaaaaaaa hajaaaaaaa ya Kutetea mwizi Yeesss yessss.

The traffic dept needs to reform. Very fast .Otherwise deaths which they could help prevent will continue to happen with the Good roads becoming a curse.

Tampered speed governors, unroad worth vehicles, excess passengers in Matatus being allowed on the road for 50/= only(of course 50/=many times)

@Mukiha.. Criminology has come a long way and sadly i think this method has failed big-time if you ask me.Its still rife esp n our court system where you see a market thief been jailed 5 years and all he was trying is to "provide" for his families next meal and yet the big fish just get bailed out. I think we need to tweak systems to suit our circumstances.

I like Kagames' way where if the police catch some-one corrupt they are promoted, the promotion is doubled if it's a senior govt official, and the govt official will be publicly arraigned and sent to jail (for a long-time i might add) every-one is on the straight and narrow. Some-time last year a govt minister was caught hands in the cookie jar, he literally fled the country now that was a sight, can you imagine "MR eating lunch in Serena" fleeing...!! i think what most of us lack/seek is direction and where better than from the authorities...

The greatest danger in times of turbulence is not the turbulence; it is to act with yesterday's logic.

Kudos PLO mboys, we could even include the Mboys who arrested the wayward traffic officer in the WAI unit
