+1. I have experienced issues twice. Both parties need to be registered for the transactions to go though without any hitch. In both cases the transfer was from Stanbic to coop Bank.

In the first case the funds "hang" and were reversed. The second instance the transfer was auto reversed

Why can't they remit the funds to the recepient account?

The systems at the receiving bank has been down for a week now.
It's sad it has taken them this long and still no hope in the immediate time.
