Law is however not static - hence I do not dispute that in certain peculiar circumstances law suits may be instituted and concluded even without the victim coming forward to complain. Again, the action of not allowing him to perform in Kenya or even Zambia may be unjust and he should claim damages because the battery incidence doesn't necessarily affect his business contracts.
