Mbuzi from North Eastern na Ukambani are best...na parts of eastern. because they feed on natural shrubs and herbs.( caution,matumbo&liver may not be eatable! mchanga na cysts nyingi) Followed by others where central inashika mkia. Of late riftvalley n central give exotic feeds to animals thus ladhaa in animal products imepotea.
