He soon realizes that its a D- world and he has to boot lick to get anywhere. Any spark of creativity, initiative or brains is easily snuffed out. The Ds get promoted quite easily as a result. You either begin thinking like them, or get so easily frustrated you leave. Great men are not always wise, neither do the aged understand judgement...
