Safaricom at current price, sub-26 is a gift.
As WB says, when it is raining gold, do not put out a thimble, reach for a bucket. I am buying all the safcom shares I can buy with all my spare cash.
I wish I had more ammo.

There is something the market knows that we don't know.

Good one Laughing out loudly
I think this one is just a case on international investors dumping their investments made in 'shit currencies' seeing as the dollar is strengthening so much.

I think it's a combination of market pre-knowledge of the Fuliza rate discount and the inevitable breakup of Safaricom into Telco and MPESA.

Breakup of Safaricom into Telco and Mpesa lower your expectations

Don't we all wish we had more ammo? Sad
I see some well run firms at cheap prices and want to load up but no cash! Sad

100% correct....

Apparently we now do. It is all the kerfuffle about digital loan fees being regulated to suit the 'hustle' narrative.

@vvs - What are some of these firms you are lookin @. Mwaga mtama.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

Yesterday and today I have added tonnes more of Safaricom at between 24/= and 25/=.

I have money set aside to buy more Equity and EABL at the right price. If Safcom goes any lower, I might use a percentage of that to add more Safcom.

What happens if the proposed split is actualized?
