From experience, the biggest mistake you can do in someone's life is decide for them. When I employ a gal, the first thing i ask her is what she wants to do with her life or after she earns some money. If she has no focus, then i know i am not with her for a long time..... usually, a gal without a goal will have no reason being diligent with her work. if you did this, then you must know what she wanted to do. You can explore that line of thought and see how you can help her. I'd mostly say, let her learn a skill than she can use for a long time. However, most of such education will not take up the whole of 450k... so you can still invest on land... the reason i'd choose land is because it will not affect either her work or her learning to monitor it. Once she's gotten some skills, then even if she decided to sell of her land she will be thinking differently.... But ultimately, dont make a decision for her... let her own the decision....
