There is a huge big difference between stima sacco and stima investment cooperative.
These are two different entities and have different boards .stima sacco is involved in lending money to members and Fosa or bosa while the other one is just lands ,houses and maybe other investment ventures .
Most Saccos have an avarage of 7-15% dividends while investments are higher than that.
