Very prevalent in African tournaments, probably the reason why we have very few African refs on the big stage.

I hope the upcoming meeting of FIFA officials and stakeholders from clubs and nations will address this before 2014 WC i.e. introduction of video techonolgy for some calls where the 4th official quickly looks at instant replay from a small monitor where hes stands and communicates to the ref and/or linesman on the correct decision. Important for marginal offsides, off ball incidents, goal line calls and penalties.

We should not have scenarios like Thierry Henry hpushing the ball with his hand to ensure France qualifies over Ireland to the 2010 WC - ofcourse justice was served with their torrid campaign.

If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put the foundations under them.

Senegal LOSE their second game in a row! Alan Pardew must be a very happy man... Ba and Cisse will be back at Newcastle earlier than he expected. smile
Set out to correct the world's wrongs and you will most certainly wind up adding to them.

zambia has not dissapointed me. From the qualifier. It would be good if we win this trophy.
