well he can tinker with the software running his show to vary the rates depending on the calls coming through at specific times keeping in mind that the rates displayed by *155# are not necessarily a reflection of how crowded (or un-crowded)a cell is.
If for example he sees like he's going to surpass his target for the month,he can slow things down by by rewarding us with 80cents rates,or event gift this to those who make frequent calls.....get my drift?
