Too bad @Bree chose a retired pilot who can only manage two scheduled landings a year [Mama Mburu's birthday and Christmas] and both are fully booked by mama Mburu! :-d :-d :-d :-d :-d Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
