Quick questions for Christians / Jews. Do not judge me, just think a little bit...
1. Before his ascencion, Jesus Christ promised his Apostles "I tell you the truth, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the Son of Man coming in his kingdom."
So either...
Son of Man came and we don't know
or...
some of those present have yet to taste death after almost 2,000yrs
or... what?
2. After creating a world of people "the Lord God of Abraham" went ahead and chose "His" people whom he guided to
slaughter others for centuries for no good reason.
Osama fits right into the old testament... he may have been a great Judge, even a King if he was a Jew at that time!! If he was a Christian crusader in the 11th century and killed a thousand people, he would be a saint today!
3. What do you have to say of all the Popes who massacred all and sudry in the name of "the Lord", most are saints to date, will they be the ones to welcome the righteous to heaven. They were greedy, amorous and generally immoral... one even managed to make his own son pope after him! Have you heard of the Spanish Inquistion, THAT was a holocaust! If you don't know what I'm talking about then you don't want to.
4. Many Merus are methodist / many Kiuks are PCEA many Kisiis are SDA / many Swahili are Islam / Somalis are Islam... is it possible that many of us Kenyans inherit our beliefs and values as we inherit our food preferences?
Does the mzungu who built the church in my rural village 100+ years ago deserve the devotion of generations of my descendants?Think...
5. When Galileo suggested that the Earth moved around the Sun, the Church found him:

Do you now believe that the world is flat
or...
that Paul was not Inspired when writing the Chronicles
or...
that the Church mis-interprated the Bible?
6. Do you now believe that the Lord God of Genesis created the world less than 10,000 years ago... and that fossils of Dinosaurs are... what funny looking rocks?
