Instead of creating more panic he should calm the markets. Treasury & Central Banks all over the world assist in maintaining market confidence through their various monetary policies, so even without a farm, oil rig or rain making powers he can assist in returning market confidence by first reducing his dollar reserves (The guy is directly competing with the market in sweeping up the dollar). Yesterday i was trying to purchase some dollars & it was stressful to get & this kind of demand & scarce supply is what is first of all creating problems & when solved might partly reduce the currently fast rising inflation.
