happened once at stanchart. got the slip less cash. complained by way of letter. Following day the 20k was credited back. Be patient. The fellas manningATMs must have recorded the anomaly when they went to reconcile/load the machine. ope u get it back For i am the master and the captain of my fate !

Mypesa, such problems do happen in many ATMs anywhere in the world; its not unique to Coopbank as you can see in the replies. I have had such a problem and they have helped me before, just call their Call Centre on Monday: 0729277600 or maybe give your contacts so they can call you. Gunner

My spouse recently went to one of the members' bank's ATMs and made a withdrawal using an atm card that was supposed to have been surrendered. The card was swallowed en no cash dispensed. She reported at enquiries desk even thought it wouldn't yield anything. After 2 days she even thought of reporting the incident to the manager. Just to be sure she decided to 1st check with 'helpdesk'. To her surprise the cash had been credited to her accsmile . Patience is a virtue or what do they say? Hotels will always serve the fruits/vegs of the season. In stocks,ur duty as a trader is to identify the HOTshare of the season.

@all said and done am back to tell you I got back my 20k lost via ATM after 2weeks Was hell but insisted going back day in day out. Was tossed by UNWILLING STAFF in out Till one day was referred to yet another guy who acknowledged that indeed they had a problem at The said ATM in doonholm since 3 more people (God knows how many had not reported) on the said Sunday After talking to customer care from my other ban I was informed the ATM is configured such that any money withdrawn BUT not Exited from the system is deposited to another compartment called ‘’RETRACT’’ which upon reconciliation vs complaints received The excess cash is deposited back to client’s accounts affected by the same. So guys thanks to all contributions……….always have faith and believe inner self Make a wish to God anyone who lives within their means suffer from lack of imagination

Great to hear this. Your persistence paid off. Maybe for faster results you should have resorted to what someone had suggested below - go to the bank looking ugly and turn the place upside down Lol
