Up this early on tuesday mornin n sk still reads last week's threads? The market's so slow yaani that we still cought up in this thing cindano call buffonry n lopsided idiocy of my tribe ur tribe? Holdin the future at ransom jus coz 'i got to make a point for my people'?... SK needs to put up a tribal forum then..may be it will reserve this 'investment' forum for ACTUAL INVESTMENT TALK!! There's a govt human resource audit that will be published and made public soon. I understand the Kiuks in govt are fewer than previously thought. Kiuks are no longer considering govt as an employer and are actually fewer than the other tribes who keep pigaring domo. I can't wait to hear what new story our politicians will come up with to keep the tribal trump card burning

Nyari,
My argument is not based on distribution of posts. It is based on distribution of key posts. Main word is 'key'. Some examples.
Finance Minister: 3 so far = one general area. Also PS
Internal Security Minister = 3 so far all one area . Also PS
Cheif Justice
CBK head
KACC
Head Of Civil service.
CID Cheif.
Head of APs: which is getting more and more allocations than regular police each year.
Head of Intelligence.
Now this is not just a Kibaki thing,it was practiced by Moi and Kenyatta and will probably happen with the next President. That is why we MUST discuss it and deal with it once and for all.

When I was a child,I took pleasure in the things of the chlidren and ate soft food and milk. Now that I'm a grown up I cast a way the things I used to do and chew bones and hard food. cor:
Beginners, freshers, and green investers will always be there and they have no tribe. Experts, seasoned and gurus investers have learned the science and the art of investment.
We refuse to grow up we will never appreciate the grown up meals and we will always wait to be fed on milk and soft stuff.
