So if analogue was switched off, this ka message on my screen must be digital right? Waache kutuchezea akili, they are playing the content card now.

If taken to court they will claim they did not stop broadcasting - and if the message is blocked they will claim their signal was discontinued.
So they can safely continue spreading their falsehoods .

Seems what the three media houses are doing is to advertise other TV stations that would have never had a chance to be seen. All over social media am seeing people talking of various TV stations that I have never heard before.

Maybe this is the opportunity for CORD to start a CORD TV station...they have been complaining of media discrimination and the other day they wanted a newspaper.

Can I rush to Nation House with a flash disk and copy the news...?

They should keep recording them every day. On the 13th day, those will be 13 episodes and they can burn CDs and sell them as Season One. They then go to the next Season until they smell the coffee and move on.

Interesting times. Maybe these stations were expecting a moving hashtag like #OccupyCAK or sth complete with a demo on Monday. To their surprise, Kenyans dont seem much disturbed.

The NTV facebook page is on FIRE, anyway what is their end game, can CAK fine them for service disruption? will advertisers get refunds? will affect the NMG and SGL counter at the NSE? too much at stake here.

Compared to analogue TV, how easy is it for advertisers to ascertain the number of viewers at a particular time?NTV, KTN and Citizen have each their numbers are they established by third parties?
If you stay ready, no need to get ready.
