I'm eagerly awaiting safcom fibre. wanainchi for lack of a better word has become crap, I loved their services at one point, as the company grew its services and customer care detoriorated
id pay a bit more for a very good connection. access is too expensive, kdn I think concentrates on corporate, telkom don't advertise enough I was impressed by their range of internet services, but it's a company u don't know if it'll be there tomorrow. jamii is toooo expensive the faiba guys.
with good pricing and good connection safaricom can knock out telkom, access with one blow and then give wanainchi a wake up call.
