The teachers seems to have have been on strike even in Brazil if the grammar for this fellow is anything go by.Its made worse by the state of the finances for the jamaa.

Brazilians speak Portuguese so I am not surprised with that grammar, in fact he has done much better than you who cannot write the word ass in Portuguese.
