The Islamic calendar is based on astronomical phenomena: the revolution of the moon about the Earth (a month); The moon revolves around the Earth in about 29½ days. So the months are either 29 or 30 days, corresponding to the 29½-day lunar cycle. And we have 12 lunar months. Ramadhan is the 9th month of lunar calendar.

All prophets of God used the moon to count months, then years. The Jewish calendar tells is all. Their months are also either 29 or 30 days.

You are just ignorant of the fact that you adopted pagan names for the Civil calendar of the Western world.
