This counter will never have debt,issue a rights issue in the medium to long term.
It is extremely healthy in terms of cash reserves.
Wealth is built through a relatively simple equation

but you can't rule out further privatization and dilution,this is the only counter with a good price which the gvt can offload more

Companies which are doing well and giving returns to treasury;GOK has no plans to privatise.
It's one of the reasons they are still witholding 70% stake in KENGEN,35% in safaricom with no further plans of further privatization.
Sick and demanding cows are the ones being disposed off like sugar factories,NBK,Consolidated Bank.
Just recently we have started seeing GOK defends its stake in rights issue something which was unheard of in the last decade

Reasons why I don't trust this analysts report.
You should post to them the current price vis a vis others which were on their highs at that time.

That was said in April 2015 when Kenya Re was 18.

Not many stocks have performed better than Kenya Re. You would have needed a very strong crystal ball to pick better performing stocks.
