Paka has demand today... Britank still rallying with 6/- high and with 4x demand...

As expected HFCK comes to a handbrake rally halt and turns down hard, down ticked from @17.95 to a low of 17.

KQ is attempting a crash landing. Breaking below 25/- will accelerate the selling...

MSC is quietly building up - silent accumulation just like mpesa!

Waiting to see if the current profit taking will enable Sasini to push above 14. It is a solid barrier, but when broken - 16 then 18 coming up.
$15/barrel oil... The commodities lehman moment arrives as well as Sovereign debt volcano!

One foreign sale @Kengen has broken it into pieces. Hahaha. The results are about. A 60-80ct dividend should do.

Safcom is inching up slowly by slowly. I see the index closing on the up today. However with rea-vipingo down 9 percent, might weigh it down.

The Carbo issue is a fundamental one. Management will have to speak up soon.

NSE turnover improved by 25.1% to $1.4m, boosted by activity on KCB,SafCom & Co-op, who together contributed to 47.8% of the total activity.is this a great of good things to come?

I'm also wondering about the beat down here which has been swift since June. Is it forex plus oil costs? Seems the books might throw a nasty spanner in the works...

I'm more concerned about the FX/finance costs as the fuel cost is borne by the consumer.

The bond market is the place to be...the yields will keep on rising...we have entered the 3rd/4th stage of the economic business cycle..i see those stages persisting till end 2012...before we enter stage 1 that will be the time to sell your bonds and return to stocks...

So far 3500 handle is proving to be slippery. The 2nd attempt & failure will mean 3000 will be the next stop.
