I noticed just before closure of Market supply was trickling in. Tommor it may be flat or will dip slightly.......I may be wrong but time will confirm.

Since its Friday,I agree with you.I want to see what will happen Monday.But today,the market was interesting.Shares registering new highs and reversing it.

@underweight. u base your pricing outlook on supply alone? even at current price, the stock is still undervalued and those selling may be having inferior information upon which they made a decision to sell.. HFCK's fair value in my calculation is KES 25.50

I'll be honest,this year I've traded completely on supply and demand but used fundamental analysis to choose my targets.But I agree its impossible to trade only on supply,you only get half the story.

Its funny. Its like ppl can't believe its going to >20 soon. It will trade at 30 by the end of the year

institutional memory gathered over the years is an asset that is invaluable. this is where firms such as KCB & HFCK have an edge over their competitors. I doubt many people know that it is HF which constructed Buruburu estate in the 90's and is now putting up Phase V of Komarock. The price rally is backed by strong fundamentals..
