I only wish the parents of those kids can get a good lawyer. Justice Mumbi Ngugi made a landmark ruling a while back on a similar matter and ordered the state to compensate the victim of police stupidity and perversion.
This one involves a minor whose nudity was circulated widely by police officers. I wish i was @maka. I would take this case on probono basis.
