@Suwan - True dat. Money and property has taken over the minds of central men - those who are still sober that is. It's a cultural thing. Success in terms of money and property is highly valued and this puts a lot of pressure on the chaps. A class four drop out with a string of hardwares shops and supermarkets is taken more seriously than a broke proffesor. And as somebody else mentioned, the wife will also pressure you. To her, if you can't meet all your obligations in a timely manner - then you are a failure! That's why you'll find a man from central in a pub on a sunday afternoon discussing "the Soykimau plots" or export of tooth picks to Tanzania when he should be with his family.
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.
