Can one move their savings from one Sacco to another? if so what is the process I don't have confidence in my current one, looking to joining stima

Yes you can.

You can just withdraw/cheque from your sacco and deposit in new sacco.

As for shares, they are also transferrable to another member or to another sacco but you can't withdraw them.
