From where i stand the rains seem on the el nino side, is there some place rains have failed?

Hopefully we dont get those heavy rains starting next week cos Matatus have threatened a strike. those who commute public will suffer..

There has been some El Nino albeit scattered, Ukambani has had a fair share of it. For this they'll have quite some bumper maize.
