the elephants have destroyed all the farmers crops and trampled over few people, and the locals are like "tunaomba serikali ichukue hatua" then the wardens shush the beasts back into the forests and warn the locals of trying to harm the animals
or residents terrorized by gangsters and they are like "tunaomba serikali iingilie kati" then GSU conduct an "operation" to look for the bandits beat up the residents and kill a few youth "gangsters" and a curfew of 6pm for about a month then the whole issue dies

come next incident "tunaomba serikali" ???????

Especially when they follow each other in one sentence

"... it's not you it's me..."

"... let's just be friends."

"In my humble opinion..." when the person uttering the words almost always means " you stupid bufoon" and their opinion is wrong 80% of the time.

Would also not like to be on the receiving end of this one which is heavily loaded with meaning
