How is Milimani old Namanga road? Near the big raised steel water tank.

ANYWHERE
on Old Namanga all the way from Kitengela Capital Centre area/Esidai to Acacia feeder road (and several km in on both sides of it) is prime. GoK has been saying for a while that the road is to be tarmacked as a kind of bypass through Jewel in the Crown. I think the tendering process for it was done some time back. Only a matter of time before this happens.

is an acre of land at acacia 7km off namanga road at Kshs 3.2M a bargain MM ama I can get at less the amount?

An acre or 1/2? If it is an acre and the deal is legit, run towards it like Usain BOLT my broda. That is a super deal.

an acre. I hope sio hawa wajuzi wa kupaka kuku rangi. I'll do my DD.

Kabsaa. And be very careful with verifying the distance. They will say 7km, then when you drive there and measure using your odometer you find it is 30km in nearer to Rongai than to Jewel in the Crown. Ask for pin well in advance.
In the final analysis, it all boils down to sheer plain old hard work and dogged persistence. Nothing more, nothing less!!

he should get a surveyor too to confirm the location. people have been sold plots in far flung areas while being taken to prime ones.

Excellent idea
