Note:

1) Anyone who is struggling to survive is justified to work as many hours as his body can handle. Survival is at the most basic level and cannot be ignored or wished away.

2) Anyone starting a business is justified to work long hours in the initial stages as he works to setup structures and grow the business to a level it can afford more employees to take the load off him. After the business grows and stabilizes, you have to ask yourself, how often does The Aga Khan come to Kenya (never mind the other countries) to manage and supervise his vast businesses. Set up structures, employ people and take up a policy making and supervisory role.

By the way, the reason most Kenya business grow only to a certain level is because they are limited by the owner - manager tendencies. Kama ni butchery ati you must go to the slaughter house yourself every morning, transport the meat to the butchery (isiibiwe kwa njia!), operate as the cashier so that your money is not stolen, observe the weighing of the meat so that there is no monkey business going on between your employees and customers, unachungulia huko nje supu isiongezwe maji etc. etc. How many butcheries can you run this way??? You will be stuck with one butchery for the rest of your life working more than 15 hours a day. Na ukienda sana you open a second one to be managed by your wife/husband!

Watu wajanjaruke!!! At one point your money should start working for you as hard as you worked for it!!!
Never count on making a good sale. Have the purchase price be so attractive that even a mediocre sale gives good returns.

@UpcomingPaperChaser - Instead of a second wife and mpango, why don't you get a mpangoish second wife - She is not quite a second wife but has a permanent/long term contract.
Or you marry an extremely young and hot second wife na uwachane na mpango. She will be both!

Two wives and a mpango seems too much! He he he.

Njenga Karume got himself wife no 2 after his father in law gave him the idea. The point was that a wife is more dedicated to family enterprises than employee.

When this no 2 wife died(Njeri), he had to sell the farm she was managing in Molo. The manager was thuggish as most Kenyan employees are

My ideal comfortable life:

1. 500k assured monthly income in perpetuity from all my business

2. Good health, (gym, swimming, basketball, athletics) and free from erectyle dysfunction

3. Unlimited number of friends, blacks, whites, 'orange', african, Hispanics, poor, middle class, rich, celebrities

4. No celebrity: i want a life where i can walk freely without anyone noticing me and giving me unnecessary attention.

5. 2nd wife: Has to be a literate/learned wife from the cushitic community of Kenya (Rendille, Oromo, Marsabitians, Isioloians, Manderans, Wajirans or Moyalen)

6. Mpango wa kando: to be housed in those stand alone mansionettes opposite USIU Roysa area

7. 5 cars:
- Nissan Patrol 2015 model
- Mercedes Benz C Class
- FORD Ranger Double Cabin
- Toyota Alphard
- Volkswagen Beetle 1972 model

8. 6 bedroom mansion occupying two acres with a swimming pool, basketball court and tennis court!!

9. 3 very big German shepherd dogs!

4 small Japanese Spitz dogs (the ones that are all white and small like)

10. 100 acre farm back in Nandi County to be used for farming dairy cows, wheat and tea farming.

My life will be complete if i happen to ammass all these and i will not require a heaven to transcend to upon the expiry of my allowed time on the planet. If i could have all these then, i would not steal from anyone or do any harm to anyone.

N/B (I don't smoke anything illegal, these are my true desires at my soberest state)

Bruhh, the cushitic wife number 2 is just to ensure that you get some beautiful kids with curly curly hair and cannot be therefore substituted.

As for the mpango, these young girls can make your life on earth hell once you sire kids with them, issues za child support!!! so just hide her behind USIU akileta kinyoriro, u delete her n get a younger one
Enjoy every moment of your life, you never know when your time will come.

What a strategic plan.you get ciko the hardworking one and kibet, or amina or adija once the cash flows are alright. No wonder ciko will always feel the urge to liquidate you before you even know it. Laughing out loudly
