I feel that over time, with the emergence of counties coupled with their exponential economic growth, proliferation of institutions of higher learning (most counties have a growing number of universities) and the uptake of technology, the Ushago as we know it will soon change....
I'm currently struggling to get cheap labor to till land and also stay at the house in shagz. Most young men/women around the village have been empowered by the things I've mentioned above and are doing "higher level" jobs other than tilling. The ones available are asking for a very high salary... Guys even have better smart phones than some of us from the "city"
How should we anticipate and react to this change?
