Finaly no more guesswork its here with us, just like i had predicted my entry for 2008/9 Toyota axio was rejected and a system note indicate i add 119560 on top of the 308792 i was to pay so do your math. no duty coming down minimum excise duty is 200k. Rav4 only increased by 14000 wooii 1000cc Passo hardest hit an extra 175000

The cheaper the car, the higher the impact

If a car is expensive(CRSP of Kshs 6M+),then the duty has dropped.

This is a good way to get rid of these health hazards on the road driven by bankers and accounts assistants as well as reduce traffic jams

it has not. they are going for the higher of the two. so for those the duty is still the same.
