Very true. Let's hope when the bull returns the company will still be doing well. This thing can hit 20 at that point, no jokes.

No open hedges on USD or Oil. The profits are core operational profits. Lower finance costs will also help as the debt was reduced aggressively as seen in the Balance Sheet from June 2014 to Dec 2014 to June 2015.

20 is stretch for now but I will take 15. Applause Applause Applause ... Ultimately, the 'bride' is being prepared for marriage.

It is a stretch but considering the profit growth continues uninterrupted eg. Eps per year reaching 2.0, plus euphoria of the bull plus M/A it's quite possible.

Plus at some point GoK/KPRL have to settle the 'yield shift' losses made by the oil firms that used KPRL.

One acre on Haile Selassie. Is that the property that has a Kobil station [made out of a container?] at the Haile Selassie Roundabout?

Ohana says near the parliament r/about... Is there any vacant property near the KICC parking/Parliament r/about?

Does anyone know the specific plot in question?

What does 1 acre cost in CBD? 500mn?

I am more excited about the $5mn LPG facility than the office block. KK should sell the land, keep on renting and look at reducing debt, improving stations or expanding its network.

When Richard Leakey was the head of KWS we saw how profitable it was.... i think I'm passing a message somehow, . Africa should be recolonized as said by Donald Trump

The hedges that Segman pushed for almost killed KK. The Chairman, CEO and CFO were clear. No more naked hedges. It's about operations, inventory management, cash generation & debt reduction.

With the fall in globalpetroleum products those who had hedged would have bitten dust! The profits re to those who stayed put and lose nothing.
When Bear meets the Bull the prices for the stocks will have another marathon up as all makangas try to board at high speed!

Applause smile After an office set up, the next announcement will be a partner coming in to trade in KK. Could US Mobil make a comeback in Africa to trade in both upstream and downstream to beat Chinese and Indian companies by joining KK?
The idea for America to bring down oil prices is hypocritical one, its a way to make sure countries use the products they hve stored than mining newer ones. America a Net buyer is buying at its own terms and stocking as/with Pension funds!!!!
Countries like Kenya should invest in storge facilities in different safe regions just like Libya did.
