Nation will be in court on Monday. They have published a very gory story, likely to cause fear among our displined forces. Who fingered them in Baragoi?

Hahaha!,This is very gory!
Bank robbers who are friends to the powermen!
10 million fine papsmile smile
Burare terrorist sympathiser!

These are the people who you want to arrest you and label you terrorist sympathiser?

ION

Just incase it seems I support willy nilly publishing.

Don't punish people who say what they think.....Let them publish like a guy like below so that you can have evidence and probably some intelligence on hate mongers.

Find this guy, please

I can't even repost his posts. He may have learned a lot from Kuria and Alai.

When you do, check his mental capacity first.

I support publishing but at the same time there are some things that are plain inciting. The example above is inciting. The example below is an opinion.

The law as presently stated doesn't differentiate the two.

Kapish?

Well, i have a gut feeling Al-Kebab might pull something nasty just to embarrass GoK and it's new law.

It would be a shame but to be honest, its going to come and that's not jubilee's fault. Our systems were rotten. So we have to pay for the rotten tomatoes too.

That however does not mean that we self flagellate with laws that say you can't print the truth simply because someone somewhere will find it "inciting". Itumbi just like Alai made his name posting some crazy stuff, not church choir stories.

That media law should go.

Otherwise we would not get stories like the ones in the nation today....Or maybe that's the issue.

Thank God they removed most of the other nonsense that was in that bill. The last one about media freedoms will go too. The rest is what we need for this country and I support.

It's holiday time. Lets hope and pray that these mf's don't do something stupid. Honestly if I were to meet a terrorist I would shoot him in the head.

Let's pray for our country and hope and pray that our security guys are going to do the right thing. 2014 was too horrible a year.

The new law will help in the rising of a new political class that will be internet based and whose MO will involve getting votes on market based services tailored to distribute wealth and welfare more evenly. How and when will be determined by many factors, one of them, how proactive we are.
