Its about time someone ran away with their groceries line...amalgamate the suppliers (all these green house and organic hype going on)..have the logistics right..cold warehousing and all..then good branding ..and countrywide network..probably even a regional horticultural commodity exchange and auction.
@Wanyee, Great idea. I am actually planning to do it but start in a small scale. With growing urbanization and reduced agricultural land due to poor zoning of agric Vs Industrial land, farming esp of groceries is very lucrative. I once drove thru parklands and imagined if i could supply veges to all those apartments, i would be rich!
