The exact opposite is also very true.Insecurity begins with you!

Today will be the day when we search for the bogeyman. We shall call him different names.

The real truth is that this government has failed miserably to contain the security situation.

Now lets go back to chasing the bogeyman.

we also have a big problem with our courts every time these guys are arraigned in court they are set free within days on technicalities.

pray how a sane judge can award makaburi 650k for damages knowing very well he is a security threat. next time he will become more bold knowing the judges has his back.

on ngo's scavenger's let me not even go there.

you can keep blaming the police but as long as the judges keep on behaving like activist kenyans are in for a long haul.

I thought the opposite of what @Murchr has stated would be;
"Insecurity terminates without them"

OK, on a serious note, for how long should we accept to be killed by these madmen? Its time an anti-Alshabab vigilante group crops up and start hunting down this goons and their fans (Al-Shaboobs et. al.)

Just the way Kirinyaga started an Anti-Mungiki vigilante, an anti-AlShabab vigilante should solve this thing, out of courts protection, out of N.G.Os protection, out of Mosques protection etc etc etc.

In my diverse opinion.. these grenade attacks are not entirely terrorism script.

I think some are Mafia like moves.

we all know how people have been on an expansion spree. Eastleigh, town etc. So some of these grenades are just part of 'an offer you cannot refuse'

You are given cash to sell your piece of land. it is doubled, tripled. If you still refuse you get a blast that sets you off 6months and threats on your life. You sell. Mogadishu grows.

For instance i often wonder about the blast in town along Moi avenue. why would anybody skip the building hosting Kampala University and the other big one adjacent for a small Mabati exhibition mall?

My guess. We could be seeing a war on two fronts. Economic dominance is one of them.
