Yenyewe the number of Hallos here is quite impressive. Anyway, the other day Raila said when you hear noise from some quarters know they are talking on behalf of somebody. So "who" and "why" is the BIG Question, ni hayo tu. "There are only two emotions in the market, hope & fear. The problem is you hope when you should fear & fear when you should hope: - Jesse Livermore .

By the way, did the former md of the bank, Mureithi pay the kshs 25 millions to Kra? Every day I get up and look through the Forbes list of the richest people in the World. If I'm not there, I go to work.

To all these hellos, You are clearly inexperienced in handling this kind of crap. I wish I knew how to put the link of the thread about the pizza inn at kenolkobil buruburu.
Please learn to ignore the likes of siringi and the civil society busybodies. Had you gone through the earlier posts, you would have noted the real shareholders dismissed the gutter story with the contempt it deserves. Actually we were hoping the the noise would drive the share price down for us to buy more.
Finally, we clearly need grammar lessons. I didn't know we can have so many definitions of insider dealing and ESOP.
May I suggest we use investopedia.

The price is falling though slowly. It has reduced from high 18s to high 17s with little demand & plenty of supply. Add the uncertainty in Juba (South Sudan) and Co-op may have to write-down their investment until the country stabilizes - which may take a while. Greedy when others are fearful. Very fearful when others are greedy - to paraphrase Warren Buffett

Dear @kinky demand and @amigo 321,
Your creation of several accounts to drum the same point makes a 'valid opinion' futile. As you observe, the Wazua members quickly detect your amateur attempt then the mistrust.
We've removed all invalid accounts. Feel free to continue supporting your company in a more upfront manner.
Seasons Greetings The Wazua spirit

Focus on the goal Co-op numbers are difficult to believe, You have loan loss provisions that are rounded to a hundred million every quarter whose likelihood is akin to having a solar eclipse every other end of quarter. I just wonder which goal we should focus on, the real profits which only management knows of or the picture formed by these solar ecplipses? My rant is CMA has refused to put order in listed companies, and no wonder scandal after scandal every year. Can't help reading what happened in Nigeria banks post Soludo era which Lamido Sanusi had to address and the aftermath. Corporate Governance counts for a lot and merely havin board committees and directors attending ICG courses is barely corporate governance.

A young man has woken up and resuscitated the demons of the past, probably at the behest of KESCOGA cooperative. Seems KESCOGA wrote a letter of complaint to EACC in Dec 2015 https://www.scribd.com/d...Bank-of-Kenya-Complaint
Now trending on Twitter. These tumultuous times have forced COOP bank to respond - sort of - laying all the troubles at the feet of ex-MD, Mr. Erastus Mureithi

The MD and Chairman will not let go of the bank without a tough and brutal fight. Wealth is built through a relatively simple equation Wealth=Income + Investments - Lifestyle

Borrowed from Twitter,
" luckily, unlike chase or imperial banks, coop bank directors never stoke from the bank, they stole the bank".
