Having run short of institutions that require "reform" (for an OAR win), OAR just stopped short of asking for a reform of the voters themselves.

He already did Laughing out loudly by trying to bring in the parliamentary system though he forgets that he will still need the tyranny to pass any of these amendments.

If Raila is man enough, let him stop saying these things from rallies and airports...what does the law say? Let him institute that process and remove the commissioners from IEBC. Am waiting.
