if the government wanted to deal with slums it would just target the slum Landlords give them title deeds if the land isn't a public utility. then force them to build decent houses with demolition ultimatum. I remember someone here was looking for land at a slum area! It was me and I found a commercial plot in Kangemi next to where Buffet Park is coming up and I can't complain.
