So, is the Civil Marriage done by those who have been co-habiting and already have kids too? I have been cohabiting with my husband and we have a kid and we've just decided to get the marriage certificate just to avoid the legal hussles of not having one. Not that i give a damn about that piece of paper- i and my husband just want to avoid the legal problems that might arise because of not having a marriage certificate. Ok, am one of those people who believe that marriage must not be sanctioned by the state or any other person.

good for you as long as you pay for it, but dont bring nyef nyef of commitee et al. we are happy to come witness your big day. just pay for it period
