What's this sticker (BABY ON BOARD) at the back of most cars for? How does that information help the other drivers on the road?

The fact that you need to ask shows that either you are an inconsiderate driver or the most considerate driver of all.

Does it mean there is a baby in the front seat, with the airbags disabled?

It means that there is a baby on board so give them preferential treatment when you can.

Like a typical good Nairobi driver shall on seeing a motorist trying to join the road check the traffic behind and if light just proceed but if heavy slow down to let the motorist join. Now if he saw there is a baby on board then would probably just allow the motorist to join regardless of the traffic on the road. Same with motorists changing lanes etc.

Even if the car is at a garage/car wash?

Reason is to encourage safe driving.

"Baby on board may sometimes be used as a pun to refer to pregnant commuters.[3] Following popular request and trials in 2005,[4] Transport for London (TfL) began issuing badges with the TfL logo and the words "Baby on board!" to pregnant women travelling on the London Underground, to help other passengers identify pregnant commuters who would like to be offered a seat"

It's warning,to keep distance and watch out for flying objects. A kid might do anything, from distracting their driver to throwing stuff through the window.
That sign helps, trust me for i know.

One should be able to establish scientific laws on any plane of consciousness.

Thus to establish a scientific law on a forum like wazua he/she should:

1. State hypothesis
2. Induce responses that will most likely provide evidence for hypothesis.

3. Use logical deduction to assemble argument.

4. Create a mathematical formula and prove by induction.

5. Show a creative application of the law.

For our case, observations are that in most instances a motorist will show consideration for another who has a child for a passenger, and slow down.

The second observation is that generally, technology is used to increase safety and comfort.

thus we can say G= E(100+r)/100 Dt + 1/ Ct

Where G is grief, E is the existential value of recognition held constant at 1 currency unit, r is rate of inflation, Dt is total number of people who've died in the use of a particular technology, and Ct is average cost of the technology instance.

This implies that the best value for G is zero.

Thus we can measure existential happiness and compare trends and come with needed policies.

Besides, G can be used to measure cost effectiveness of technology and the value of goods and services.

An application of this law is the doll I have mentioned.

Personal level of happiness = Total G per time range / Total population.

I can imagine people sambazaing G points. 'Reducing' someone's G points is to bless, and 'adding' is rebuking.

Every month one is either added or deducted total personal G points and is duly rewarded or punished.

Every item is priced at Mp +total G points.

The most luxurious items advertised even with present day methods, are sold to the lowest G point holders.

Thus direct democracy will be running along representative democracy.
