U should look at NEXTGEN Park mombasa road, with biggest mall in Kenya, water park(first time in Kenya...splash ain't a water park likr this one)a hotel coming up. Prices are starting at 9m. They only require 10% now, 10% in 4 months n the rest on completion which is like dec 2013. I picked up one just to flip by next year. Already up 30%. Call a guy called Sam +254 736 293 987

When I have money, I get rid of it quickly, lest it find a way into my heart.

I don't understand whats wrong with a man moving into a bigger more spacious dwelling owned by the wife.

How much were they going for?
xtina, have you checked out some apartments on Karen - Dagoretti road near the by-pass? I think the location is great, wonder if the apartments are too. Link below.

I am absolutely fine with moving in with a woman to their apartment and I don't have a problem with the woman's wealth my problem start when I am deprived of my hard earned freedoms.

So before you move in with a woman, to their house understand that she will always own that house. Take for instance me, Mr Drunkard, my apartment is alway a mess and I have notice that all the women I bring in do not mind initially infact they find it manly but wait until the relationship starts and they gain more leverage, they start complaining about small stuff and when you go to their places suddenly they want you to place everything in a certain way unlike before when you could just walk in and drop your shoe one facing east the other north.

Having said that, which man would want to live through all the nagging especially when the sentence can possibily end with "my house"? I know I have said before that marriage is a worthless institution but I also respect the decisions people make and I also think everyone has a right to marry anyone including gay people but marriage sucks however you wanna look at now add the fact that you're in her house and possibly your mother in-law and all her relative will always know that you're been fed by her, no matter how big your wallet will be her people will think she is taking care of you! dont get me wrong I love women and I will always be more than willing to live with a woman but without being "married" I like the reciever swaption kind of a deal, I get a fixed while paying floating, how is that for a relationship!? I want to be able to walk out anytime when I feel the opportunity cost of my time in not optimal.

Hi all,

Thank you all for your responses, I have been out for some time, hence my silence. After much consultations and prayers, I decided to use the registered property services. I have been practically trolling through their websites the past three months looking for something that would have fit my specifications and budget. I have three choices, the first one is listed in Hass Consult:the Casa Mia. The other is Villa Care; I have identified 2 property I might purchase. I have made plans to visit the 3 choices before I decide on which one to buy.

On the issue of marriage, I talked to my pastor and his advice was to follow my own heart. His take was that I should make plans which are good to me for now, then worry about living plans when I'm actually married. I would have loved to hear some ladies' experience on this living arrangements issue. Hopefully by November I shall give myself a birthday present of a home smile

I'm equally worried when one consults a pastor but since I do not know who your pastor is I rest my case. Concerning the living arrangement, I thought the men would be the best people to answer the question, after all your future man will think more or less like them. unless you wish to pull a "super" man. wishing you well, as you make the birthday present a reality.
