THE CONJOB CONTINUES.

Now Mhasibu want an additional 25k for processing the titles for Juja...despite selling the plots all inclusive at the start.

Dear esteemed Mhasibu Juja 1 client,

Polite Reminder:

Mhasibu Housing is finalizing the production of titles for Juja One Project.

You are kindly required to pay Kshs. 25,000 per plot for title processing which is inclusive of stamp duty by 5th January 2017. Our bank account: 01136170735200, Co-operative Bank University Way Branch.

Kindly also update us with your phone number and email address if they have changed over time.

I have 6 plots in 1/8 plots in Juja Mhasibu with titles that I would like to dispose. They can be amalgamated to 3/4 acre. Kind contact me with offers.
