Was at Nyayo estate yesterday, very clean and serene, viewed the construction site. Phase v & iv are now almost complete with finishes now being done. The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.

It seems all the units are fitted with hot water showers that are feed my a boiler unit. For the guys already in the estate,which one consumes more electricity the instant shower or the boiler? The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.
