.....at home a glass of hot water....(cant put anything like food in my mouth till 9am)
in the office from 9 am a cup of white chocolate and sweet potatoes or ndumas and a bowl of fruits (bananas, mango,pineapples, melon, avocados depending on what is in season)
then a glass of hot water.....good for digestion unlike cold water that forms sludge and later could cause cancer....
