@Mwenza,
On the contrary,i wouldn't blame the player.It must have been an impulse let loose by a near certain draw.

I think Mariga's first yellow card was a "stupid" mistake from him not the second one.

For me both cautions were needless. Excessive excitement should be a preserve of the fans not professsional players. Would have tried to understand but for the stupid display of a funny message when you are already on a yellow.

Marigas stupid mistake might cost this team and this are my reasons.

1.Midfield will be a mess since the coach might opt to play Were & malomalo for 90mins which in most cases this guy dont perform.

2.Oliech & blackberry tend to dribble alot looking for a quality goal which ends up costing the stars.

3.Our defence is so weak shikokoti is a sieve apart from edgar fighter the rest are just busy bodies.

4.The team lacks tactics when you analyse their game they usually rely on Oliech-long balls to him by passing the middle field- that will cost the team big time.

5.The players do not know each other well.One week training session does not create an effective team.I think we should have more local players than international with good bonding sessions..

Mariga's absence will be felt....,i don't see anything wrong playing Were behind Jamal.Were is a good holding midfielder,which would give Jamal plenty of time to play slightly behind the strikers.My biggest fear is that defence....The centre will certainly not hold.Any suggestions??

While at it,i certainly was disgusted by Scottish fans for throwing a banana to Brazilian striker Neymar...You certainly believe that is the first world but how backward are this people??.It's even been made worse by the Scottish FA denying the whole thing yet no less a player than Lucas Leiva removed the banana from the pitch in full view of cameras...hopeless fans those Scottish!

Hurraay! We won! I was too tense even to watch the match. I am that much a fanatic of Harambee Stars. Hata Uganda we can go. But will we win? As posted here, we have some serious structural faults in the team. I expected they would play Oboya in the mid field. That boy pairs up very well with Mariga and Oliech in supplying them with the ball. His weakness ni kuchoka haraka. So he is good for 2nd half.

Uganda host Guinea Bissau & play away to Angola just before hosting Kenya last. If they play Kenya when complacent (already qualified) I believe we can beat them in Kampala. A point at least in Luanda would be a good result.

Manucho - "I must thank the goalkeeper (Arnold Origi). He was in great form. Twice he denied my points blank headers and also saved from different angles. Had we converted our chances in the first half, then it could have been difficult for Kenya to recover. It was Kenya’s day anyway and congratulations to them...We need to remain focused and plan for the remaining matches. We can make it if we win our home games. We want to recover in a big way and Kenya must get prepared because we are a wounded lion now."

At one point in Harambee stars we had a player named Emmanuel Ake where did he ever disappear too?
With Mariga missing in action for the next game Zico should replace him with Osbourne Monday
